Un insegnamento,una scuola,i Monaci birmani,una dottrina che tutti noi,credenti e non,dovremmo adottare almeno in parte,un ammaestramento che fa risuonare dentro ciascuno di noi le note che gli sono più proprie.
Un addestramento che si rivela necessario a ogni essere umano,capace di riconoscere in se,il fulcro essenziale della propria mente.
Ogni bimbo prende parte alla vita monastica almeno due volte nel corso della propria vita,la prima volta tra i cinque e i quindici anni,la seconda dopo i venti.
Per una famiglia,avere un figlio che entra nell'ordine dei Monaci rappresenta un segno importante,di prestigio.
Preghiere,letture religiose,meditazione,disciplina,queste sono le combinazioni principali,inseparabili,che fanno di loro un tutt'uno;teste rasate con menti affilate.
Un semplice velo rosso avvolto al corpo,un dono alla vita,un "sacrificio" delicato,li separa dal mondo moderno che circonda tutti noi.
227 sono le regole da seguire per i Monaci,331 per le Monache,regole di sacrificio,rigide molte,ma ogni uomo,alcune di queste,dovrebbe onorarle,rispettarle ,metterle in pratica,giorno dopo giorno.
Nella vita tutto ciò che deve accadere accade,tutto ciò che deve succedere succede,essere pronti a tutto ciò è possibile,essere pronti ad affrontare e scoprire i lati tragici dell'esistenza,è possibile,tutto ciò che noi siamo è il risultato di ciò che pensiamo.
L'uomo deve cercare di salvare se stesso con il proprio cuore,con i propri sforzi,con la propria forza,la mente.

This is the teaching, the doctrine of the Burmese Monks that we all, believers in God or not, should listen to at least once in our life.
It is a training that lets our inner notes play.
This training reveals to be necessary to every human being, who could become able to recognise that the mind is the fulcrum of his life.
Every child takes part in the monastic life at least two times in life. The first time between 5 and 15 year old and the second time after 20 years old.
Having a son entering the monastic order is a sign of prestige.
Prayers, religious lectures, meditation and discipline are essential principles that make all of the monks a symbol: shaved heads with sharped minds.
A simple red veil wrapped around their body; a gift to life; a soft “sacrifice” which separates them to the surrounding modern world.
The male monk has to follow 227 rules, while the female monk 331.
These rules are made of sacrifice, sometimes hard, but each man should know, honour, respect and practice them, day after day.
During life everything can happen, happens; be ready to face and discover the tragic side of existence is possible: we are nothing but what we think. Man should try to save himself with his own heart, effort, strength… with his own mind.
