Unicorn Productions L.A. is an elite specialist photography, film and documentary production company with 11+ years of international experience, led by British-born photographer, filmmaker and presenter Sky B. The team has particular depth in surgical, medical and precision-technology environments — including operating rooms, medical procedures, advanced equipment, engineering systems and specialist teams at work.
Sky and the production team have accumulated 1,000+ hours inside surgical and medical environments, documenting human surgery, specialist interventions, wildlife medicine and veterinary procedures alongside surgeons, physicians, researchers and field veterinarians. The same cinematic, technically aware approach extends into industrial engineering, manufacturing, aviation, scientific research, robotics and complex corporate environments.
